== General Superintendent ==

"Bill" came into office during a time of social and cultural change. Cloning, the crisis in Iraq, the "Harry Potter" phenomenon were only a few of the major challenges facing the PAOC. As well, the restructuring of the International Office, as it is now called, was given top priority, a new way to support overseas missions was instituted, "access restricted nations" became the operative word and General Conferences became a time of spiritual impute first and business second. Priority One was initiated and Mission Canada, now called Mission Canada, is reaching Canadians with the Gospel through ethnic ministries, Deaf ministries, an energized Children's Ministries, and relevant men and women's ministries. Morrow's leadership was one of change and challenge yet through it all, he was the leader needed to lead the PAOC into the 21st Century where there is a renewed call for revival. He passed the baton of leadership on to Rev. David Wells, the present General Superintendent at the 2008 General Conference in Toronto on May 6, 2008.〔https://www.paoc.org/about/photos?pID=%2066〕
